In order to improve the teaching skills and professional knowledge of history teachers and reinforce the quality and level of history education, Anqing Foreign Language School's Junior High School Division of the east campus held a basic skills contest for history teachers, aiming to demonstrate the professional skills and teaching level of history teachers, strengthen the teaching ability and comprehensive quality of history teachers, promote the exchange and cooperation among history teachers, and enhance the quality and level of history education.
Specifically, in this competition, the teachers did not carry any electronic devices. Instead, their on-site propositions by means of teaching materials and teaching reference books reflected the teachers' familiarity with the syllabus and their accurate grasp of knowledge points.
In summary, the successful implementation of the basic skills competition for history teachers has not only enhanced the teaching ability and comprehensive quality of history teachers, but also provided more history teachers with opportunities and platforms to showcase themselves in the meantime.
